In-store Return & Exchange:

At sudzybuggy our customers can always be confident that all of our products attain a high standard of quality. However, should you wish to return your item,  you may do so for a full refund within 7 days of receipt or for an exchange within 30 days. Receipts must be presented at the time of transaction, and merchandise must be unused, unwashed, unworn and returned in its original packaging (if applicable). 

Items purchased as a gift and returned with a gift receipt can be exchanged with store credit within 30 days of purchase. 

Sale & clearance items, special ordered products, safety, health and hygiene products are final sale. We cannot take them back.

Refunds on Consignment Items:

Items classified as pre-owned consignment are final sale. However, we have your back in the event that your product is not as described in the listing advertisement. In this event, you must notify Sudzybuggy within 24 hours to initiate a claim. If your complaint is approved, you will be refunded the full amount. 

Online Return & Exchange: 

We at are confident that you will be happy shopping with us. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase and want to return/exchange it, please contact us with your order number and products you would like to return. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order. 

Easy Returns: 

We accept returns on all unused refurbished items being sold by Sudzybuggy within 7 days of delivery. Both the initial and the return shipping will be at customers' expense. Beyond 7 days, we will not accept returns.

Local customers may bring their items to our home location.

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible as we process your order immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will happily refund your payment. If it has been shipped out, we'll refund you when the item is shipped back to us.

Final Sale:

  • Items that have been assembled or modified
  • Special ordered items
  • All sale & discounted items (online orders placed with a coupon code are considered discounted and thus are final sale)

For safety, health & hygienic reasons, some products are final sale. These products include, but are not limited to: 

  • Car seats & car seat base
  • Child carriers
  • Special order items

Special Order:

Special order is a term that we use to describe any product that we will order in for a customer that is not in our regular stock. This may be an item from a company whose products we carry, or an unlisted product that comes from a manufacturer that we currently deal with. Due to the fact that special orders are specifically for items that we do not carry as regular stock, we require full payment before ordering. There are no returns or exchanges on special orders.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all associated return shipping fees.
