We are unable to offer our free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates with Canada Post that you can take advantage of. We will respond to your orders as soon as you place them online with us. All orders will be shipped between Monday and Friday. Your orders will be carefully picked from our inventory and shipped to your address within the first 72 hours during the business week. Shipping times vary between 1-7 days, depending on your location.
We try our best to make sure all the products online are available in stock. In the rare occasion that the item is out of stock, we will either email or call you right away to provide an alternate product solution or inform you on any back-order shipment.
Once your order is processed, we will provide you with the tracking information.
Do you offer safe drop?
No, we do not. For insurance purposes many packages will require a signature. You must be present to receive, inspect, & sign for your delivery if a signature is required.
Before signing/receiving the package, check to ensure you have received the proper number of packages and check for damaged packaging
When signing for the package it is very important to be as detailed and descriptive as possible on the packing slip before you sign. Your signature indicates acceptance, and if you simply sign without inspecting the packaging or its contents, then you are accepting the shipment “as is”.
If you did not receive the proper number of packages or if any items appear as if they could be damaged, make sure you note this prior to signing. If damages or shortages are not recorded the shipping company will not honour insurance claims and unfortunately we will not be able to honour our return policy.
Immediately unpack all contents to ensure that you were shipped the correct items. If there are any damages or shortages, please report them immediately by calling us at 613-804-7353.

If you live in the Ottawa Valley, you are more than welcome to order online from us and pick up in store. See the "Stores & Hours" for store locations.
International Orders: Sorry, we do not ship overseas. We only ship within Canada and the United States for the time being.
US Shipping & Returns
sudzybuggy.ca ships all US orders through Canadian Postal Service. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs as well as any duty, brokerage or any other fees charged by the carrier. The minimum delivery charge for shipping in the US is $15. If it is going to cost more we will contact you prior to shipping out your order.
*Please note some items are not eligible for shipping outside of Canada. These items include but are not limited to car seats, furniture and some strollers.
US Shipping Surcharges
When checking out you will be notified of your shipping costs which will vary depending on location of final destination. Shipping charges quoted will not include extra costs such as duty, brokerage, etc. that may be incurred and that are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Snugglebugz.ca is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy, with your purchase, please call us at (613) 804-7353 to advise us that you are sending your product(s) back and to get a Return Authorization Number (This number must be written on the outside of the returned parcel). We require that all returns be made through an insurable method and that a tracking number is provided. Sudzybuggy.ca is not responsible for items that may have become lost or stolen in shipment. You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery for all returns.

Any changes to orders must be received as soon as possible from the time of placement of the original order. Changes or requests may not be accepted, since products may have already been shipped. We will be happy to adjust any order before it has left our warehouse, but will not be able to make any changes once the products have left. Defective or Damaged Merchandise
We sincerely apologize for any product you receive damaged or defective. It is never our intention, but sometimes it happens.
If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at email@example.com or at 613-804-7353 within 24h of receiving your order. We ask that you provide us with detailed pictures so we can assess the extent of the damage or defect. This is necessary for our records, the manufacturers and the shipping carrier if an item was damaged in transit. Depending on the product and amount of damage or defect, a replacement part or a brand new unit will be sent to you as soon as possible!
Special Order Policy
Special Order is a term that we use to describe any product that we will order in for a customer that is not in our regular stock. This may be an item from a company whose products we carry, or an unlisted product that comes from a manufacturer that we currently deal with. Due to the fact that special orders are specifically for items that we do not carry as regular stock, we require full payment before ordering. There are no returns or exchanges on special orders.
Returns and Exchanges
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (un-opened). For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact, and they must be unwashed and unaltered.
Products purchased in store can be returned/fully refunded within 14 days of purchase or exchanged within 30 days of purchase when the products are in re-sellable condition (un-opened, un-unused, unwashed) with original tags.
For products purchased online, you have up to 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment for all returns or exchanges.

If free shipping is applied on your order, the actual original shipping cost will also be charged if you will have to return the order (in this case of a return from the refund amount, we would deduct the actual shipping charge, that was paid by Sudzybuggy, when shipping it out to you).
